Will Bowen does Will Bowen | A Complaint Free Habit (Loop)

Wow, Day 4.

Honestly, I'd have to say I'm surprised. When I first did this challenge it took me more than a month to get to day 4.

What this says to me is that once you've gone 21 Days without complaining, you create a new, non-complaining habit that is much easier to access than it was to create.

Being alive means that sometimes things go wrong. And we get disappointed.

But complaining about upsetting issues only increases our attachment to these problems.
Further, it raises our level of internal discord so that we begin to look for more things to be upset about.

Soon, we're caught in a complaint > problem > complaint > problem... loop.

Thanks to everyone who is doing this program with me! You are keeping me honest and on track. Invite your friends and family to join in.
